Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Individual sessions may be rescheduled if the client provides at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

If a participant provides notice of cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours but at least 2 hours before the scheduled session, the provider may or may not, at their sole discretion, accept the rescheduling based on the reason provided by the participant.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking system used to schedule the session.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling if provider’s available to do so and will occur only if explicitly agreed upon by the provider.

Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered a cancellation without notice and can be rescheduled if provider’s available and will occur only if explicitly agreed upon by the provider after the notice received.

The provider reserves the right to reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for individual sessions, packages, workshops, or group programs, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Group programs and multi-session offerings are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Payments made for missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, a refund or credit may be granted at the sole discretion of the provider. Such decisions are final.
